Honey Glazed Ham 

Prep 10 mins  |  Bake 1-1/2 hours

Ingredients

Can sliced pineapple

1/2 spiral -sliced (cooked) bone-in ham (8 -10 pounds)

2/3 cup maraschino cherries

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Directions

1. Drain pineapple juice (keep juice)

2. Place ham on rack in a shallow pan

3. Rub down with combined sugar and seasoning salt

4. Pin pineapple and cherries to ham with toothpicks

5. Pour pineapple juice over ham

6. Bake uncovered at 325° for 1-1/2 hours, basting regularly with pan juices

Serves 18-20

No Bake Fruit Tartlets

Prep 10 mins  |  Bake 1 min

Ingredients

2 tablespoons apricot preserve

7 ounces (approx 2-3 pudding cups) vanilla pudding

12 miniature graham cracker pie crusts

2/3 cup of sliced strawberries

2/3 cup blueberries

Directions

1. Place preserves in a bowl, – microwave on high for 1 minute until melted

2. Spoon 2 tablespoons pudding onto each crust and top each serving with fruit

3. Spoon 1 tablespoon preserves over each tart

4. Chill until ready-to-serve

Serves 12-14

Wassail Punch

Prep 10 mins  |  Cook 10 mins

Ingredients

2 Whole Cloves

2 tbsp ground ginger

6 allspice berries

4 cinnamon sticks

1/2 cup brandy

8 Lemons

10 oranges

4 cups dry cider

3 cups water

1 star fruit (optional)

Directions

1. Heat sugar and water – stir to dissolve sugar

2. Boil 10 minutes

3. Remove from heat and add all spices and let stand covered 1 hour in warm place

4. Add squeezed juice, cider, and brandy

5. Bring to boil and serve immediately – garnish with dried fruit, cinnamon sticks, and decorate with star fruit slices
